Evan C. Ross, born and raised in River Edge, New Jersey, attended The University of Massachusetts at Amherst. There, he earned his degree in Business Management at the Isenberg School of Management.
Following the completion of his degree, Evan worked in both retail management and in the mortgage industry. He joined The Ross Company in 2006 and has since worked with high-net-worth individuals and small businesses as it pertains to their insurance and investment goals. His prior experience working in retail management has taught him the importance of the correlation between proper employee benefit planning and employee retention.
